The Higgins Center for Nonprofits is a multi-tenant nonprofit center. We provide nonprofit organizations affordable office space, opportunities for collaboration, development and training opportunities to allow them to better accomplish their mission. The below market rent which includes utilities and building services available for our partners allows them to focus on their mission of providing services to provide for and improve our community.
